On 17 December 2016, CTRM organized a Business Performance Review program at Swiss Garden Hotel Melaka, involving 450 employees. The program aimed to evaluate CTRM’s business prospects, financials and operations, analyze key performance indicators and promote best practices among employees. The event began with the singing of the national anthem, Negaraku, followed by a safety briefing and presentations from department heads. The one-day event concluded with a closing speech from the GCOO, Mr. Shamsuddin Mohamed Yusof. Overall, this program was successful and aimed to improve the company’s performance over time.
