Creanova Lean 2017: The Best Is CTRM

The Malaysian Productivity Corporation (MPC) organised Creanova Lean 2017 to promote best practices in LEAN management projects. Various public and private companies shared practices such as 5S, 7Wastes, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Just-In-Time (JIT), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Kaizen at the event, which they had implemented in their respective organizations. The ‘Aviators’ team from CTRM won the Best Project Award for their project, “Increase Tooling Capacity for Manufacturing of A320 Spoiler Airpad”. This achievement earned them a cash prize and recognition from MPC. This success underscores the potential for more LEAN-based projects to enhance the company’s productivity.
